Job Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to manage B2C and D2C
sales for our ed-tech programs. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, handling direct customer interactions, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into paying customers
2. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
3. Conduct counseling sessions / product demos for students and professionals
4. Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant courses/programs
5. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
6. Maintain strong relationships with prospects and ensure high conversion rates
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
8. Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and campaign optimization
9. Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
10. Provide feedback on customer behavior and improve sales strategies
Required Skills
1. Strong communication and persuasion skills
2. Good understanding of sales funnel and conversion techniques
3. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
4. Experience in telecalling / inside sales / direct sales
5. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
6. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
7. High energy and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 2-4 years of experience in B2C /
D2C Sales / Inside Sales / minely Ed-Tech Sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹351,505.42 - ₹539,014.39 per year
