Position: Senior. Interior Designer
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Eligibility:
- Qualification: B. Arch / Bachelor's in Interior Design
- Experience: 5+ experience
- MUST have experience in designing medium to large size corporate & commercial interiors
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client management by running initial briefings, managing expectations, and pitching design concepts directly to corporate stakeholders.
- Drive commercial space planning by creating efficient layouts
- Oversee technical documentation by producing construction drawings, joinery details, and ensuring strict compliance with local building codes.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary consultants to seamlessly integrate MEP, structural, HVAC, and smart-office AV systems into the design.
- Mentor junior design staff by guiding them through technical drafting, presentation standards, and tracking project milestones.
- Direct site administration by performing regular inspections, resolving unexpected field issues, and ensuring construction matches the design intent.
