Job Summary
The Executive Assistant & Administration professional will provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and executive support to senior management while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules of senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Follow up with departments for pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports as required.
- Maintain records, files, and important business documents.
- Assist management in special projects and business initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
