We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for raw materials, consumables, fabrication items, engineering components, and other operational requirements. The candidate should possess strong vendor management, negotiation, and procurement skills to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

## Key Responsibilities
* Source and procure raw materials, consumables, fabrication items, engineering components, and services as per company requirements.
* Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
* Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost savings.
* Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
* Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments for procurement planning and execution.
* Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and inventory requirements.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
* Resolve supply-related issues and coordinate corrective actions with vendors.
* Support management in cost reduction and vendor development initiatives.

* Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.

* Understanding of fabrication materials, engineering components, and industrial consumables.
