We are seeking an experienced IAM / CIAM Consultant with strong expertise in PingOne AIC / ForgeRock IAM to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement CIAM solutions using PingOne AIC / ForgeRock IAM
Build and manage customer authentication journeys and identity workflows
Configure and support:
OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0
Implement:
Identity Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Access Governance
Integrate IAM platforms with:
APIs, Cloud Platforms
Enterprise Applications
Work with directory services:
Ping Directory, OpenDJ
Active Directory (AD)
Develop custom integrations using:
Java, JavaScript, Groovy
Support cloud-native deployments on:
AWS, Azure, GCP
Work with DevOps tools:
Git, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, ArgoCD
Deploy and manage applications using:
Docker, Kubernetes
Implement security capabilities:
MFA, SSO, Adaptive Authentication, Zero Trust Architecture
Required Skills:
7–10 years of IAM experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with PingOne AIC / ForgeRock IAM
Strong understanding of:
Authentication, Authorization, Identity Federation
Experience with:
API Security, Enterprise IAM Architecture, CIAM Platforms
Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
Ping Identity / ForgeRock Certifications
Digital Banking or Customer 360 Transformation experience
Exposure to: Fraud Detection, Behavioral Analytics, Consent Management
Experience with large-scale CIAM and Microservices Architectures
