About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking an all-rounder who can generate new business opportunities, handle customer inquiries, manage car rental bookings, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and business opportunities.
- Manage car rental orders, quotations, and travel package bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients for repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on company services, pricing, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- 0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the travel, transport, or car rental industry is an added advantage.
