Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer communications, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The role acts as a link between customers, sales executives, production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of sales operations and customer handling.
- 2–5 years: Sales Coordinator
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product inquiries.
- Maintain follow-up records for pending inquiries and customer requirements.
- Track order status and update customers regularly.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
