About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
The candidate will be responsible for managing clients, vendors, manpower, venue operations, event schedules, registrations, branding, logistics, and on-ground execution while ensuring that every event is delivered smoothly, professionally, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage events from initial planning to final execution.
- Prepare detailed event schedules, checklists, timelines, and action plans.
- Coordinate all pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of events as per client requirements.
- Handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
2. Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into operational plans.
- Maintain regular communication with clients before and during events.
- Handle client queries, changes, and last-minute requirements professionally.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Coordinate with decorators, printers, fabricators, caterers, AV companies, security agencies, manpower agencies, and other vendors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate with vendors.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, quality, timelines, and costs.
- Ensure all vendors complete their work within the agreed schedule.
4. On-Ground Event Management
- Supervise complete event operations at the venue.
- Manage registration counters, help desks, VIP areas, entry/exit points, stalls, branding, seating, and other event requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise event staff and temporary manpower.
- Resolve operational issues quickly during the event.
- Ensure proper discipline, coordination, and professional presentation at the venue.
5. Exhibition & Registration Management
- Manage exhibitor and visitor registration processes.
- Coordinate badge printing, counters, registration desks, data management, and help desks.
- Supervise exhibitor onboarding and venue requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Coordinate with technology teams for registration systems and event software.
6. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare event budgets and operational cost estimates.
- Track expenses and ensure cost control.
- Verify vendor bills and service deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation of event-related expenses.
- Ensure events are delivered within approved budgets.
7. Team Management
- Allocate responsibilities to team members.
- Brief and supervise event staff before and during the event.
- Manage manpower requirements according to event size.
- Conduct daily operational reviews during the event period.
- Ensure team members follow timelines, SOPs, and company standards.
8. Post-Event Activities
- Prepare event completion reports.
- Collect client and team feedback.
- Coordinate settlement of vendor bills.
- Prepare attendance, registration, visitor, exhibitor, and other required reports.
- Identify areas for improvement for future events.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in exhibitions, trade shows, jewellery shows, corporate events, conferences, or large-scale events will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur)
