Under Kalki Groups we have 4 business and Its a 2nd Branch of Restaurant. We have 50+ employees. Kalki Multi Cuisine Restaurant is a growing family restaurant committed to providing excellent food and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Captain who can lead the service team and ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Ensure quick and accurate order taking and service.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns politely and effectively.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service.
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and service standards.
- Train new team members.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team during busy service hours.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Basic English and Tamil communication skills.
- Immediate joining is preferred.

Experience
Restaurant Captain: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
