INJECTION MACHINE MAINTENANCE – DESCRIPTION
- Preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule for injection moulding machines.
- Machine checking includes hydraulic system, barrel heater, screw, nozzle, and clamping unit inspection.
- Lubrication and cleaning activities performed regularly to avoid breakdowns.
- Electrical and mechanical components inspected for safe operation.
- Breakdown maintenance attended immediately to minimize production loss.
- Spare parts monitoring and replacement carried out based on machine condition.
- Calibration and performance verification completed to maintain product quality.
- Safety interlocks and emergency stop functions verified during maintenance activity.

Diploma or Engineering
Experience
2 to 5 years experience
Pay: ₹15,750.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
