- Set up VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and align fixtures, tools, and workpieces.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Perform tool offset adjustments and machine parameter settings.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices.
- Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
