- Strong problem structuring and solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.

The Scope of Your Influence

- Drive program governance and execution — maintaining project plans, milestones, ownership, action items, risks, and blockers, and running regular reviews for timely delivery.
- Manage resourcing and capacity — tracking workload, bandwidth, and upcoming needs, and proactively flagging capacity gaps or priority conflicts, while keeping cross-functional teams aligned on quality and timelines.
- Own metrics and management reporting — maintaining dashboards and providing periodic updates on project health, resource progress, ecosystem KPIs, and key risks for leadership attention.
- Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, internal functions, and alliance partners/developers on program status and decisions, communicating progress, risks, and changes with transparency.
