Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Manager (Full Time)
We are looking for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to lead our digital marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
Performance Marketing and Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns across Google Search, Display,
YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms.
Drive consistent, high-quality leads aligned with counselling and admissions requirements.
Manage keyword strategies, audience targeting, creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimisation.
CRM & Database Management
Own end-to-end CRM operations, including lead capture, distribution, tracking, and reporting.
Maintain clean, structured databases across all MADE EASY and MADE EASY School
programs.
Build dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility to marketing, counselling, and management teams.
Lead Nurturing and Marketing Automation
Design and manage multi-channel lead nurturing journeys using Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with counselling teams to ensure timely follow-ups and lifecycle-based
communication.
Continuously improve engagement and lead maturity through automated workflows.
Promotions & Admissions Support
Plan and execute digital promotions for admissions cycles, new program launches, and events.
Work closely with academic and school teams to align messaging with institutional goals.
Support offline admissions teams with digital demand generation and remarketing efforts.
Team and Process Management
Lead and mentor a small in-house team including PPC and CRM resources.
Define SOPs, quality checks, daily monitoring processes, and optimisation frameworks.
Ensure adherence to timelines, campaign hygiene, and reporting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Academics, Counselling, Product, IT, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
Translate business requirements into actionable digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Practical exposure to CRM systems, lead management, and marketing automation.
Experience in Education or EdTech marketing (preferred).
Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.
