Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Manage corporate travel requests through email and phone.
- Provide the best airfare options based on client requirements.
- Process ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance.
- Book hotels, airport transfers, and holiday packages.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
- Maintain booking records and customer information.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in the travel industry (Freshers with Travel & Tourism qualifications may also apply).
