Responsibilities and duties
The responsibilities and duties this position will perform on a regular basis:
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Qualifications and skills
The required and preferred skills for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
- Cold calling, LinkedIn and email marketing
Salary
Your starting salary as a graduate business development executive will be in the region of around INR 2,00,000/- annually.
