Position: CNC Programmer and Operator
Location: Jinnaram, Telangana (Near to Patancheru)
Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–6 years of experience as a CNC Programmer & Operator.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable)
Skills: G-code & M-code and CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM)
*Job Description:*
Set up, program, and operate CNC Milling and Lathe machines.
Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code, M-code, or CAM software.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.
Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out routine maintenance.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety are maintained.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
