Central Operations Executive
Location: Mumbai- Kurla West
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business performance and achieve operational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
- Coordinate with Leaders to track patient progress and ensure timely updates.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Support teams in improving productivity and performance.
- Drive sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Team Management, or Healthcare Operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sales orientation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
