Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, listening, and speaking skills.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English through interactive and activity-based learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching resources.
- Evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, competitions, and literary activities.
- Organize classroom activities such as debates, storytelling, public speaking, role plays, creative writing, and reading programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support student development.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, school events, and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field.
- D.Ed. / B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic educational technology.
