About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Learning & Development (L&D) function. The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, supporting skill development initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with learning-related activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, eager to learn, and passionate about employee development and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the execution of internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training calendars, participant nominations, attendance records, and feedback reports.
- Assist in organizing workshops, learning sessions, induction programs, and skill development initiatives.
- Prepare training-related MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain training documentation and ensure proper record management.
- Support Learning & Development projects and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with trainers, employees, and stakeholders for smooth training delivery.
- Track training effectiveness and compile post-training evaluation data.
- Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to enhance training processes and reporting.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks related to the L&D function.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Team player with a professional approach to work.
- Interest in Learning & Development and employee skill development initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR) preferred.
- Graduate candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Training Coordination, Learning & Development, Administration, or related functions.
- Basic understanding of training processes and employee development activities will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
