We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Health Claim Servicing Officer to join our Mumbai-based team on a payroll basis. In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing complex health claim escalations by coordinating extensively between TPAs, insurance companies, and client HR or senior personnel. You must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages to ensure all stakeholders remain informed while resolving grievances amicably and upholding high service standards. Reporting to Mr. Santosh Bagade, the Claim Head, you will take a proactive approach within the servicing department to prevent future grievances and will be expected to visit client or insurance company locations when necessary. Candidates should be between 30 and 60 years of age and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional goodwill and excellence in customer service.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
