Position: Outlet Manager
Location: Near Neelam Chowk Metro, Faridabad
Job Summary
Bakingo is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Outlet Manager to lead daily outlet operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in the QSR/F&B industry, and the ability to manage sales, team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently.
- Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company SOPs.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen, delivery, and support teams.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as an Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager/Shift Manager in QSR, Bakery, Café, or Restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
