The Dress Outlet is a fast-growing US-based women's fashion e-commerce brand. We're looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven Live Sales Host to become the face of our brand during live shopping sessions. Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging live shopping sessions across social media platforms.
- Present and demonstrate women's fashion products in an interactive and engaging manner.
- Answer customer questions, provide styling recommendations, and build trust with viewers.
- Convert live viewers into customers through effective product presentations.
- Maintain a confident, energetic, and professional on-camera presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live shopping campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest live commerce and social media trends.
- Achieve sales and audience engagement targets during live sessions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in live selling, customer service, telesales, retail sales, fashion sales, or content creation.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
- Passion for fashion and women's apparel.
- Must be available to work full-time during the US Night Shift (Mandatory).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional work-from-home setup.
- Experience hosting live sessions on social media platforms is preferred.
- Prior live commerce experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
Preferred Skills
- Fashion styling knowledge.
- Experience in US customer support or international voice process.
- Live selling or social commerce experience.
- Strong customer engagement and objection-handling skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
