We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social media activities for our liquor brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing online communities, increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with industry advertising regulations across all digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Plan and execute seasonal, festival, and product-launch campaigns.
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
- Ensure all content reflects brand identity and messaging.
- Maintain consistency across all social media platforms.
Community Management
- Manage brand pages on platforms such as:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- Build positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers, event partners, and digital agencies.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and reach.
- Support promotional events, trade activities, and brand activations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Follower Growth
- Website Traffic
- Lead Generation
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
Compliance & Brand Protection
- Ensure all communications comply with liquor advertising regulations and company policies.
- Monitor brand reputation and manage online feedback professionally.
- Maintain responsible communication standards related to alcoholic beverages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in FMCG, liquor, beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Google Analytics
- Hootsuite / Buffer
- Experience in influencer marketing and paid advertising is preferred.
