Position description: Join Jindal Stainless Limited's Central QA - RO ZLD department as a key technical contributor responsible for supporting quality assurance processes and reverse osmosis zero liquid discharge systems within the mining and metals sector. This role demands a detail-oriented engineering professional who will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of water treatment and quality control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, operation, and maintenance of reverse osmosis (RO) and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems to optimize water treatment processes.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance evaluations of QA systems to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to water treatment and quality assurance.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and preventive maintenance schedules to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and data analysis to support quality audits and management reviews.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to water treatment and quality control, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations specific to the mining and metals industry.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and coordination for procurement of equipment and materials related to RO and ZLD systems.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices in water treatment and quality assurance.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and commissioning activities within the Central QA - RO ZLD department.
