Customer Support Executive ( Kannada & Telugu)
Experience:
- Freshers can apply
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, Call Coordination, Front Office, or Service Coordination preferred
Salary:
- ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month
- Based on communication skills and performance

Job Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming customer calls professionally.
- Register customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers and assign service calls.
- Schedule and track engineer visits to customer locations.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and closure.
- Maintain customer records and service reports.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and service teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- No Sales or Marketing activities involved.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in:
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Kannada
- Tamil and English (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
- Good customer handling and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
