Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and support key people initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS with high accuracy.
- Administer employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in coordination with the payroll team.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues while fostering positive employee relations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives and maintain training records.
- Support audits, documentation, and HR process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹30,642.59 - ₹41,342.23 per month
