We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to take ownership of our people function and build scalable HR practices that support business growth.
About the role
We are looking for an HR Manager who can independently manage and lead the complete HR function—from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
This is a hands-on HR leadership role for someone who can work closely with business leaders and managers, understand organisational requirements, take ownership of people-related decisions, and build HR processes that improve employee experience and business performance.

What we are looking for
- 3–7 years of relevant HR experience, with demonstrated ownership of core HR functions.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and Indian labour laws.
- Experience working directly with business leaders and department heads.
- Strong understanding of HRMS/HRIS and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make sound HR decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, e-commerce, or service industry will be an advantage.
