Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns with meticulous attention, extraordinary detailing and flawless execution. This role requires ownership of all brand communications, ensuring consistency and alignment between strategy and execution. The manager will collaborate closely. with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to drive impactful marketing initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives." Overall delivery and ownership of marketing activities will be the core responsibility of the manager.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Implementation and Execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, offline activations, and paid media.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall business objectives.
Coordinate with creative teams, content writers, and designers to develop compelling marketing materials.
Deploy and monitor digital campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
Ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with CRM, automation tools, and customer engagement platforms.
Manage campaign timelines, ensuring timely roll outs and adherence to deadlines.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize content, creative, and delivery methods for better engagement and conversion rates.
Troubleshoot and resolve execution challenges, ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
Stakeholder and Agency Management
Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with creative, content, and media agencies to develop high-quality marketing materials and assets.
Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure agencies and vendors adhere to timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to track progress, provide updates, and resolve execution challenges.
Negotiate contracts, scope of work, and deliverables with external partners to maximize value.
Monitor agency performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration between all stakeholders to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Tracking and Optimization
Track key performance metrics (KPIs) across all marketing campaigns, including impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign effectiveness.
Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different campaign elements (ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and formats) to optimize results.
Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Optimize marketing spend by reallocating budgets based on performance analysis and return on investment (ROI).
Continuously refine strategies based on campaign learnings to improve engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Process and work-flow Management
Develop and streamline marketing execution processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Establish clear workflows for campaign planning, execution, and review, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaign execution, approval processes, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure marketing assets, creatives, and content are systematically organized and easily accessible for future use.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the execution process to improve turnaround times.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on campaign timelines and deliverables.
Maintain documentation of marketing processes, best practices, and learnings to improve execution efficiency over time.

Education
Graduation- MBA/ Diploma in Marketing Management would be preferred
Minimum 12-15 years of relevant alliance and partnership experience
