We are hiring for the role of Service Executive
Experience: 2Years -5Years
Qualification: Diploma in Electronic & Instrumentation, B.E/B.Tech with One year of Experience in related Field
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attending complaint like Breakdowns, Demo, IQOQPQ calibration, validation of Laboratory Instruments like Glassware washer, washer, Incubator, Biosafety cabinets, Freezer, Deep freezer, Furnace etc.
To do the installation as per schedule.
To ensure correctness of the instruments.
To abide with annual maintenance contract.
To collect, analyze customer feedback and identify, initiate appropriate actions.
Receive the Customer Complaint by phone call, visits, emails etc.
Competencies:
Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventive maintains measures.
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
Delivering demonstration to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
