We are looking for energetic and results-driven Business Development Managers to expand our DOOH advertising business in Kochi, Trivandrum and Calicut.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients for DOOH advertising.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, marketing teams, and business owners.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close advertising deals.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in advertising, media sales, digital media, outdoor advertising, branding, or marketing solutions will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
