About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Fire Officer to ensure the safety and security of our Garments Manufacturing Park by implementing fire prevention strategies, emergency response plans, and statutory fire safety compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial, plant, or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement fire safety and emergency response plans.
Conduct fire risk assessments and routine safety inspections.
Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.
Organize and lead fire drills, mock drills, and employee safety training programs.
Monitor and maintain fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems.
Coordinate with local Fire Services and emergency response authorities.
Investigate fire incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
Maintain fire safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Recommend improvements based on industry best practices and emerging fire safety technologies.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing fire safety.
Experience in garments manufacturing or a similar industrial setup will be an added advantage
