The Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the market for aerosol products, including deodorants, air fresheners, insecticides, automotive sprays, industrial aerosols, and contract manufacturing services. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, market research, sales planning, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers for aerosol products and contract manufacturing services.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade exhibitions.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, and online promotions.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and product catalogs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical/product information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze market demand, pricing trends, and competitor products.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts and market reports.
- Identify export opportunities and develop international markets where applicable.
Coordination
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with R&D for development of new aerosol formulations and packaging solutions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
