Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, courteous, and well-organized Front Office Coordinator to manage the hospital reception and front office operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients, attendants, doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient patient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hospital reception and front office operations efficiently.
- Welcome and guide patients and attendants in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointments, enquiries, and general information.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, TPA, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of patients, appointments, and front office activities.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as required.
- Assist patients and attendants with hospital procedures and department locations.
- Handle complaints and queries professionally and escalate them to the concerned department when required.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between patients and hospital departments.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Hospital Administrator or Management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Hospital Front Office / Healthcare Administration experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of hospital front office operations is preferred.
