The same way Balaji built from Gujarat and Haldiram from Nagpur, we're building from Khandesh — with a clear vision: ₹100 Cr brand in 5 years.
Current stage:
- Company registered, factory ready at MIDC Jalgaon
- Machinery installed (Slicing + Fryer + VFFS packaging)
- Premium packaging finalized
- ₹33 lakh invested — first batch launching soon
The Role
We're looking for a full-time Co-Founder to build this brand from the ground up alongside the founder.
You'll own:
- Brand building & marketing (social media, content, campaigns)
- Growth & distribution strategy
- Using AI tools to move fast and lean
- Being a true partner in decision-making
Who You Are
- Can build a brand from scratch
- Bootstrap mindset — do more with less
- Fluent with AI tools (content, marketing, automation)
- Strong in marketing, growth, or operations
- Here for ownership, not just a salary
- Bonus: understands D2C / FMCG / food business
Compensation
Salary (Incremental)
Monthly Salary
Month 1-3 (Setup) ₹20,000
Month 4-6 (Launch) ₹30,000
Month 7+ (Scale) ₹40,000
Equity
5% equity with standard vesting:
- 4-year vesting period
- 1-year cliff (protects both sides)
