About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Secretary to assist the management team with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, and business coordination. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, calls, and business communications.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Maintain records, files, and business documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in research, data entry, and administrative activities.
- Support management with day-to-day business operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Executive is preferred but not mandatory.
