Job Summary :
Good Knowledge of Stores, Inventory, Dispatch, Logistics, Tally(must), & ERP. · Ensure the storage, dispatch and daily management of the stock of products marketed by the company. · Ensure the conformity of products received and delivered. · Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers. · Keep a record of sales and restock. Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution · Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records · Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures · Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and on-site inventory · Train store staff in product dating and create procedures to eliminate loss · Create an efficient space utilization plan · Notify store management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability · Instruct store staff on proper procedures for locating and utilizing product inventory
Role & Responsibilities :
- Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions
- · Maintain and update inventory records
- · Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
- · Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- · Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as
- necessary
- · Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products
- · Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- · Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- · Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to
- appropriate locations
- · Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their
- schedule
- · Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and
- requirements
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
