We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with international eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon account management, Amazon advertising, marketplace operations, and client servicing. This role requires ownership of client success, KPI management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure excellent service delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Build strong relationships with brand owners and stakeholders.

Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans.

Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.

Monitor account health, sales performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.

Coordinate catalog, content, pricing, promotions, and marketplace activities.

Identify growth opportunities across Amazon and other marketplaces.
-
Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
-
Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, TACOS, ACOS, and other advertising KPIs.

Work with internal teams to improve listings, conversions, and sales performance.

Recommend strategies for revenue growth and profitability improvement.

Own client KPIs and service delivery commitments.
-
Track business performance against agreed targets.
-
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance account performance.

Coordinate with Catalog, Content, Advertising, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.

Ensure timely completion of client deliverables.

Maintain project timelines, action trackers, and follow-up schedules.

Escalate risks and challenges proactively.
-
Maintain client SOPs, process documentation, and project trackers.
-
Prepare business reviews, performance dashboards, and meeting notes.

Ensure proper documentation of client requirements and action plans.

3–5 years of experience in Amazon Account Management, Marketplace Operations, or eCommerce Client Management.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.

Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of client outcomes.

Experience with Amazon PPC is mandatory

Experience managing international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).

Exposure to Walmart, Shopify, eBay, Target Plus, or other marketplaces.

Experience working in an eCommerce agency, marketplace service provider, or aggregator environment.
