International Purchase Manager – Dlyft India
Location: Rohtak, Haryana
Department: Purchase & Supply Chain
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

- Manage international procurement of raw materials, components, accessories, and engineering products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers, particularly in China.
- Source new vendors and evaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, and pricing competitiveness.
- Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners for smooth imports.
- Handle complete import-export documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor international market trends, material costs, and sourcing opportunities.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and inventory requirements to avoid production disruptions.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting through ERP systems.
- Manage supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost parameters.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost-saving analyses, and management MIS.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in international sourcing and procurement.
- Good understanding of import procedures and international trade practices.
- Knowledge of import-export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
- Expertise in supplier negotiations and cost optimization.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement reporting.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple suppliers and shipments simultaneously.
- Understanding of Incoterms, international payment methods, and supply chain processes.
Preferred Background
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as bicycles, automotive components, engineering products, metal fabrication, aluminum products, or industrial equipment.
- Exposure to sourcing from China and other Asian markets.
- Experience handling international vendors and import logistics independently.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or International Trade will be an advantage
