- Prepare fresh, hygienic, and flavourful Indian dishes.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations independently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety in the kitchen.
- Plan menus as per guest preferences and event requirements.
- Keep track of groceries, ingredients, and inventory.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and waiter for smooth service.
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine; additional skills in Chinese or tandoor cooking are a plus.
- Ability to handle full kitchen operations without supervision.
- Must be disciplined, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Prior experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchen preferred.
