Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
Ensure regulatory compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory requirements.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, procurement, operations) for financial alignment.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization strategies.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
