Job Summary
We are hiring Working at Height Riggers / Technicians for high-rise construction projects involving the installation of fall prevention safety screens, safety net systems, and other height-related activities using rope access techniques.
Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation of fall prevention screens and safety net systems at height.
- Rope access work on high-rise construction structures.
- Handling rigging equipment, ropes, harnesses, and safety tools.
- Following all safety procedures, permit systems, and site safety requirements.
- Assisting supervisors in the safe execution of work-at-height activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Physically fit and willing to work at height.
- Candidate must not have a fear of heights.
- Basic understanding of construction, rigging, or height work preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- No minimum educational qualification required.
Preferred Skills
- Rope Access / IRATA knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
- Work at Height experience.
- Safety Net Installation.
- Construction Site Safety Awareness.
- Discipline and safety-conscious attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn rope access techniques and rescue procedures.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25000 per month (based on skills and experience).
- Free Training on Rope Access and Work at Height Techniques.
- 9 Hours Duty per Day.
- One day weekly off.
