Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of Fragmity AI’s software products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying issues, validating functionality, and improving product quality through structured testing. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to test features, report issues, and help deliver a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Test web and software application features for functionality, usability, and consistency
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and validation checklists
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly with reproducible steps
- Perform regression, functional, UI, and exploratory testing
- Validate bug fixes and verify product improvements
- Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure issue resolution
- Participate in release testing and feature validation
- Help improve internal QA processes and testing workflows
- Track defects and maintain testing documentation
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of software testing / QA experience preferred
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and QA practices
- Experience testing web applications and user workflows
- Ability to write clear bug reports and reproduce issues consistently
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with defect tracking / ticketing tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of APIs, browser developer tools, or test workflows is an advantage
- Good spoken and written English communication skills

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per year
