Hands-on BA experience on at least one e-commerce platform (Shopify / Shopify Plus, Magento / Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or similar), covering catalogue, pricing, cart/checkout, order, and customer data.
Demonstrated experience on ERP–e-commerce integration projects: process and data mapping across order, inventory, pricing, customer, and fulfillment objects, and a working understanding of native platform APIs versus custom middleware.
