Key Responsibilities:
- Execution & Monitoring – Oversee project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Client Coordination at Site – Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry standards and conduct inspections.
- Reporting & Documentation – Report to the Project Manager and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in site execution in the civil construction or interior fit-out industry.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge in construction techniques and materials.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
