BSc/BE in engineering, Civil, building science or relevant field
Experience with in Residential Layout Development.
Knowledge on development of Roads,Drains & Civil work
Knowledge on development of Villa and Houses is a plus
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
Supervise the work of labourers and give them guidance.
Management of Raw Material and Other deliveries to site
Book keeping and tracking of all the purchases.
Land Boundary Marking.
Auto CAD
Layout Planning and Development
Land Survey
