Job Title: Placement Coordinator
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are Welcome)
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Placement Coordinator to prepare students for successful careers by enhancing their interview skills, professional communication, and job readiness. The ideal candidate will mentor students throughout their placement journey while coordinating with recruiters and employers to ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and prepare students for campus placements and job interviews.
- Conduct interview preparation sessions, including HR and basic technical interview guidance.
- Organize mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Guide students in resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, and professional communication.
- Mentor students in developing confidence, presentation skills, workplace etiquette, and overall employability.
- Counsel students on career opportunities, job roles, and industry expectations.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities with hiring companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring partners, and corporate organizations.
- Track student progress, interview performance, and placement records.
- Collaborate with academic and internal teams to ensure students are placement-ready.

Qualification
- BBA, BCom, BCA, BTech, MBA (HR), or any relevant degree.
- Freshers with excellent communication and mentoring skills are encouraged to apply.
- HR, Training, Career Counseling, or Recruitment certifications will be an added advantage.
