Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Planning: Oversee implementation of American Curriculum frameworks. Review and align unit plans, lesson plans, and assessments with program standards.
- Teacher Support & Training: Mentor and coach teachers on inquiry-based pedagogy, differentiation, and best practices. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Academic Quality: Monitor student learning outcomes, analyze data, and drive interventions to improve academic performance.
- Coordination: Serve as liaison between teachers, HODs, and leadership for academic matters. Coordinate internal assessments, standardization, and exam schedules.
- Parent Engagement: Support parent communication regarding curriculum, progress reports, and academic concerns.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records of curriculum mapping, policies, and professional development.
- School Events: Lead academic events such as exhibitions, student-led conferences, curriculum nights, and orientation programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject area. http://B.Ed/M.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience + 2 years in a coordinator/HOD role in IB or American Curriculum schools.
- Strong understanding of IB philosophy, Approaches to Teaching & Learning, and assessment criteria. Experience with Common Core/AERO standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in curriculum mapping tools like Toddle, ManageBac, or Atlas.
- Tech-savvy with experience in integrating EdTech into classrooms.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
