Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that showcases the school’s academic activities, events, achievements, student experiences, and overall brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:-
*Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar for social media and digital platforms.
*Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
*Cover school events, activities, celebrations, and special occasions through high-quality photos and videos.
*Shoot, edit, and produce reels, short videos, photographs, and promotional content.
*Create visually appealing graphics, posts, stories, and other digital media.
*Engage with the school community, parents, students, and staff through online platforms.
*Monitor social media trends and develop relevant, creative, and trend-based content.
*Track content performance and analytics and suggest improvements.
*Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic, tone, and storytelling style across all platforms.
*Collaborate with the academic and management teams to understand and promote school initiatives.
*Ensure all content is appropriate, professional, and aligned with the school’s values.
Key Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Prior experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Strong creative and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design/editing tools.
Good knowledge of photo and video shooting and editing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to independently plan, create, and execute content.
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:-
Experience creating content for schools, education, child-focused brands, or similar organizations will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, basic photography, videography, and social media analytics.
A strong portfolio of previous work is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
