Job Requirements
- Engage in Primary and Secondary Market research on identified segments to identify potential opportunities and market trends. Maintain Sales MIS, Market intelligence, and BD tracker to track and analyze sales performance and market data effectively.
- Prepare detailed Cost Benefit Analysis and technical proposal in coordination with the design team to ensure alignment with project requirements and client needs.
- Design new workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within the organization.
- Analyze existing processes thoroughly to identify improvement areas and implement strategic solutions for continuous enhancement.
Work Experience
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in BD/Sales/process design and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
