Job Description
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. You'll work directly with clients to bring their vision to life — from concept to execution — while managing a small team and coordinating with vendors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, and budget
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and client presentations
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
- Lead and mentor junior designers
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
- Conduct site visits to ensure design is implemented as planned
- Review drawings and BOQs before execution
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Stay current on design trends, materials, and technology
Required Skills
- Strong creative and conceptual design ability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software
- Solid knowledge of space planning, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture]

Experience Required: 0–5 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentive up-to 50,000
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
